This computer comes standard with surround sound speakers, a keyboard and an optical mouse. One of the best aspects is the novel, super–cool tower (it’s equipped with liquid cooling). The downside—this CyberPower doesn’t come with a monitor.

For $999, the CyberPower has some excellent components and is one of the few PCs that comes standard with liquid cooling. If you add a monitor, you’ll still be in the general price range of $1200—comparable to the other systems in this review.

This is an excellent choice for a gamer who is looking to upgrade his/her tower but has a monitor. This tower has a sleek appearance and even includes a colored neon light.
