A multimedia computer is supposed to do more than just show documents and play sound clips. It’s supposed to integrate all types of digital media. The Sony VAIO VGC-LS25E is a perfect example of what a multimedia computer should be because it’s so much more than a screen and a mouse.

The Sony VAIO VGC-LS25E looks great. It has a sleek silver design with an all-in-one configuration, meaning that the PC components are housed in the same case as the monitor. But the Sony VAIO VGC-LS25E goes beyond looks. It comes with an HDTV tuner and a remote so you can get high definition television signals in addition to your other computer tasks. The Sony VAIO VGC-LS25E also has a good video card that can improve the image quality of various types of media.

Experts loved the large hard drive storage capacity, for storing large files such as movies. They also like the addition of the HDTV tuner, though they didn’t like that it was external to the unit. Consumers loved the design aesthetic of the Sony VAIO VGC-LS25E, though some thought that the CPU was underpowered.

In a world where you need to have all kinds of media at your fingertips, the Sony VAIO VGC-LS25E will be your best friend.

The Sony VAIO VGC-LS25E addresses one of the shortcomings of the previous LS1 model, yet still has deal-breaker missteps. A couple of necessary dongles threatens its "all-in-oneness."
