Pros: Any little questions, helpful phone calls and everything was fine. Cons: I wish the printer/copier had a fax built in... other than that... not a thing.
Pros: It's practically bullet-proof. The AMD 64 3800 plus is a screamer. Cons: Haven't come across any yet.

Pros: Excellent hardware, and software packages, Fast, Quiet, easy restore image on the hard disk. Cons: Video not made for gaming but adequate. No TV Card.
System works great - easy to expand - Just plug it up and good. You'll want to add your own software but what comes with it is a good start.
