Sony Might Unveil Vaio Netbook at CES
With all the hype around laptops and netbooks lately, it should come as no surprise that Sony has a mystery laptop set to debut at CES. We will be there in January to see first hand what Sony says will change the way we look at laptops. And to decide if that's true or just normal marketing hyperbole.
Netbooks are all the rage right now. Could Sony possibly be jumping into the netbook market? If so, what will this netbook be like? What will be so special about it that could "change the way you look at laptops?"
Sony has been reluctant to jump into the low profit arena of netbooks. If we learn anything from history, Sony usually scoffs at new products, then is indifferent, then embraces it as if they invented it. My official prediction (along with everyone else on the internet) is this will be Sony's netbook.
Check back after CES to see just what this mystery product is. You will know as soon as we do just what it is. While you're at it, check out TopTenREVIEWS' netbook review site. And stay up to date on other tech news with these blog posts:
